Flourishing Today

Blog

If someone came to you and offered the best advice in the world, but you were not in a place to receive it, would you listen? What would it take to get you to be in a place where you would?

No matter who you are, or what your life looks like; you are just as deserving of value, honor and respect. Now it is about creating a life that allows you to honor and respect yourself – that when you look in the mirror, you like what and whom you see. After that, it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks, does it?

Bio

Kaye Porter (CHT, CNLP) helps people design and build supportive and balanced lives. She decided to leave a career path in psychology and started her education ministry in 2003 after running support groups and working in the Mental Health field in the San Francisco Bay Area. She was inspired to make this shift after hearing clients' frustration after years of therapy: "So I know WHY I'm messed up. Now what?"

Since then her mission has been to help people answer that question through education and empowerment: giving people the tools to design their future and establish healthy relationships. She has been on television and written articles on relationships, integration of science & spirituality, and life in a dualistic world. Kaye currently lives in Los Angeles, California with her boyfriend, Christian, and their two cats: Mini and Noah.
