All Things Considered

UK author Gina Collia-Suzuki blogs about writing, books, art, family, and life in general.

I am an artist and a writer and I live on the southwest coast of England with my husband and a family of eight female rats. I write both fiction and non-fiction, with the latter focusing primarily on Japanese art and the former being satirical or historical in nature. I am the author of "Utamaro Revealed" and "The Wonderful Demise of Benjamin Arnold Guppy," which was inspired by my own experiences with nightmare neighbours.

  1. Hi Gina. Good to see you here! I really enjoy your blog. Bests.

  2. Thanks for putting me onto Red Room, Gina, and I like your blog. Trying to get my blog fed ont there, but having trouble finding out how! Any ideas? Lucy at

  3. Hi Pamposh and Lucy :o)

Lucy, there are instructions on this page:

By the way, I love Red Room to bits... it's in joint first place position with Goodreads at the moment, but I think it may just whoosh ahead soon.

All the best to you both,

  4. No! I meant to Red Room! I'm on here already at Scribble City Central. But I found out anyhow--they don't have a feed facility for blogs there yet (it's in progress), so you have to cut and paste, which is fine. Thanks anyway--and yes, it's definitely becoming a favourite of mine too.
